Cherokee Nation Marshal Service Searching for Man Missing Since 2022

LOCUST GROVE, Okla. — The Cherokee Nation Marshal Service is seeking information in the case of Rickey Dean Cooper, a 40-year-old man last seen in July 2022 at the Maverik Store (formerly Kum & Go) in Locust Grove.

Cooper is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 240 pounds, with sandy hair and brown eyes. His case has been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
