PSO and CN Distribute Thousands of Free Lightbulbs
The Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) has announced plans to distribute 122,000 free LED light bulbs to families across the state this year. This initiative is part of PSO's "Shine a Light" program, which has provided nearly one million energy-efficient bulbs over the past decade, resulting in over $3 million in energy savings for customers.
LED bulbs are known for their longevity, lasting up to 25 times longer than traditional incandescent bulbs, and for their energy efficiency. The "Shine a Light" program primarily distributes these bulbs through local food pantries to assist families in need. However, all PSO customers can benefit from rebates and instant discounts on various energy-efficient products.
Participating food pantries across Oklahoma include locations in Antlers, Atoka, Barnsdall, Bartlesville, Broken Arrow, and many other communities. For more information on rebates and energy-saving programs, PSO customers can visit PowerForwardWithPSO.com/rebates.
