NO PURCHASE OR PAID MEMBERSHIP NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PAID MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. WINNER MUS PICK-UP IN OKLAHOMA.

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Cherokee 411 (“Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are subscribers of Cherokee411.com (any membership level, including the free Access tier) and who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Entrants must be legally eligible under federal law and the law of their state of residence to purchase, receive, and possess a rifle, including passing an FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (“NICS”) check administered by a Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”). Because pick-up of the Prize is required in person in Oklahoma (see Section 7), only entrants who are legally eligible to receive the Prize and who are able to travel to Oklahoma to complete an in-person firearm transfer are eligible to win.

Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Cherokee 411, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or members of the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible.

Entrants who are prohibited persons under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), or who reside in a jurisdiction where this Giveaway or the prize firearm is prohibited or restricted, are not eligible and may be disqualified even if selected as a winner. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude residents of any state where registration, bonding, or other requirements make participation impractical.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on the date these Official Rules are posted to Cherokee411.com and ends at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on September 15th, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). To qualify, an entrant must be an active, current Cherokee411.com subscriber in good standing as of 5:00 p.m. CST on October 20th, 2026. Subscriptions cancelled, lapsed, or not completed as of that date and time are not eligible.

4. How to Enter — Free

There is no cost to enter. To be eligible, an entrant must complete their Cherokee411.com subscriber profile in full, providing:

  • First and last name
  • Mailing address
  • Physical address
  • Email address
  • Cell phone number

A completed profile alone does not generate an entry. Entries are earned as follows, and are available identically to free (Access tier) and paid subscribers alike:

  • One (1) entry for opting in to receive Cherokee 411 email communications.
  • One (1) entry for opting in to receive Cherokee 411 text message communications.

Maximum of two (2) entries per person, regardless of membership level. Purchasing or upgrading a paid membership does not provide an additional entry, additional odds, or any advantage over a free Access-tier subscriber who has completed their profile and opted in to email and/or text. Duplicate profiles, false information, or use of multiple identities to obtain additional entries will result in disqualification of all associated entries.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about October 20th, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be supervised by Sponsor, and the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by the email address and/or phone number on file within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within a specified time (e.g., seven (7) days) of notification. Failure to respond, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or failure to pass the required background check will result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

6. The Prize

One (1) Henry lever-action rifle (H4 Golden Boy Silver Henry Rifle .22 S/L/LR) (the “Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $730 based on official details on the Henry USA website: https://www.henryusa.com/firearm/h4-golden-boy-silver-rifle/.

Only one Prize will be awarded. No cash equivalent will be offered by Sponsor except as set out in Section 8 (state-law substitution). The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty, express or implied, from Sponsor.

7. Prize Fulfillment — Firearm Transfer Requirements

Cherokee 411 will not ship, or personally deliver the Prize firearm. All aspects of the firearm transfer will be handled by a properly licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) partnering with Sponsor for purposes of this Giveaway.

  • Pick-up of the Prize is required in person at a licensed FFL location in Oklahoma, to be disclosed to the winner upon confirmation. Sponsor will not ship the firearm to the winner.
  • The winner must appear in person, present valid government-issued photo identification, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass the required NICS background check before the FFL will release the Prize.
  • If the winner is not a resident of Oklahoma, the transfer must also comply with the firearm laws of the winner’s state of residence, consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 922(b)(3). The winner is responsible for confirming that the Prize model may lawfully be possessed in their home state and for any travel, lodging, or related costs associated with pick-up in Oklahoma.
  • The winner must be the actual transferee of record. The winner may not designate a spouse, family member, or any other individual to complete the transfer or receive the Prize on their behalf.
  • If the winner fails the background check, is a prohibited person, cannot lawfully take possession of the specific model awarded, or otherwise fails to complete the transfer within 30 days of notification by Cherokee 411, the winner will be disqualified and forfeits the Prize, and Sponsor may, in its discretion, award the Prize to an alternate eligible entrant or retain it.

8. No Substitution; No Cash Equivalent

There is no substitute prize and no cash equivalent under any circumstances. Only the one (1) Henry lever-action rifle described in these Official Rules will be awarded, and it will not be shipped or replaced with a different model for any winner. Only entrants who are legally eligible to receive and possess the Prize and who are able to appear in person to complete pick-up in Oklahoma, as described in Section 7, are eligible to win. An entrant who cannot lawfully take possession of the Prize under their state or local law, or who cannot complete in-person pick-up in Oklahoma, is not eligible to win and will not be offered a substitute rifle, comparable prize, or cash payment in place of the Prize.

9. Non-Transferable

The Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred by the winner prior to completing the licensed transfer described in Section 7. The Prize may not be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

10. General Conditions

  • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent conduct.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
  • The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with receipt of the Prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
  • By accepting the Prize,  the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its members, managers, employees, and the partnering FFL from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
  • This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Where any provision of these Official Rules conflicts with applicable law, that provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to comply with the law, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in full force and effect.

11. Privacy

Profile information collected in connection with this Giveaway (name, mailing address, physical address, email address, and cell phone number) will be used by Cherokee 411 to administer the Giveaway, to fulfill the Prize, and for Cherokee 411 marketing, communications, and other business purposes.
