September 4th – 6th is the 74th Annual Cherokee National Holiday.
The Cherokee National Holiday commemorates the signing of the 1839 Cherokee Nation Constitution. It is an annual celebration of our shared history and heritage that draws tens of thousands of visitors each year over Labor Day weekend in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
The weekend festivities will include cultural activities and events for all ages. This includes traditional games, competitions, handmade arts, crafts, food, dance, music, and more. The following are some additional event details:
