CLAREMORE, Okla. A virtual moccasin-making class is accepting registrations through mid-October, giving participants across the country a way to make a pair of moccasins at home before Rock Your Moc Day on Nov. 15, 2026.
The “Rock Your Mocs” virtual class costs $75, which includes supplies and shipping. Registration and payment are handled online at nighthawk-prints.square.site.
Each kit is mailed to the participant and includes leather, sinew, a needle, and brads for decoration. Students work at their own pace within a two-week course window. Each class sets its own schedule inside that window.
A private group will be created for each class so the learning space stays exclusive to that group. Email confirmation and classroom communication will begin each Sunday after the kits ship.
Two classes are offered:
- Class 1: Payments are due by Oct. 9. Kits ship Oct. 10, and the class begins Oct. 19.
- Class 2: Payments are due by Oct. 16. Kits ship Oct. 17, and the class begins Oct. 26.
Organizers say the last class will conclude one week before the 2026 Rock Your Moc events.
The flier invites participants to “learn a traditional skill, create something beautiful, and be part of the movement.”
Rock Your Moc Day is observed Nov. 15, 2026.
